Video Marketing Tip:Timelapse For Movement

Sometimes when you want to include video footage of a landscape of building – anything still really – it can end up looking, well…a bit boring.

One easy solution for this is to use a timelapse to create movement: the clouds will roll as if in real time, grass will sway, traffic will zip in and out of frame.

I made this one on my iPhone without a tripod. It’s not the steadiest but hopefully it illustrates how timelapse can introduce movement to your still shots.
